There are no-smoking room (with good Air Conditioner) and smoking room downstairs. For moviegoers, TV cable channels will make you never get bored waiting here. Just make an appointment before, and you will get prioritized.

Not recommended to do a 'walk in' service in weekend. For common spare parts is usually ready stock here. Better to make a reservation first especially for Saturday and near public holidays.
One of the good point here is the waiting room, it is very nice and comfortable air conditioner with charger near every chair, lunch coupon and satellite/cable TV. They also have small children area and if you want different menu you can also ordered from nearby restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Nissan dealer who only focus in service and parts business. The Service Advisor ready to help you to settle your problem. Number of SA is 9 persons is the que would not last for so long. The location is a bit hidden so you have to aslower the car if entering Halim Perdanakusuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is hidden from the main road but easy to find. Just drive slowly after u pass the traffic lights at halim. If u come from downtown Jakarta, it's on ur left. Set ur gps on if u want to be sure. Service is quick & excellent. Service Advisor is friendly & helpful. But u have to set ur priorities because they'll give their advice to get the optimal solution to ur car problem. If u are on a tight budget, decide wisely. Use ur logic & experience. Afterwards, u can wait for ur car in an air-conditioned room with self-service free drinks & snacks. U can watch cable tv too. Just keep ur wallet close to u. Otherwise, u will have a problem with the cashier later ??
