The call center to verify it took more than 10 minutes until the call was repeatedly broken. Asked for a call back, not done. Worst service!

Cuman satu hal yang sedikit mengganggu buat saya adalah, jika pelanggan mobilnya ada trouble malam2, Honda dan third party perusahaan towing nya hanya mengantarkan ke bengkel Honda terdekat dan si mobil baru bisa dikerjakan di keesokan harinya.
Maksud saya, akan lebih bagus jika Honda juga bisa provide bengkel 24 jam, sehingga customer yang mobilnya bermasalah di malam hari bisa dapat memperbaiki mobilnya on the spot.
Gimana kalo customer nya sedang trip ke luar daerah dan dia tidak punya tempat tinggal atau tempat menunggu hingga esok hari?
Untuk brand yang market share nya cukup besar di Indonesia, saya kira ini adalah sesuatu yang harus dibicarakan serius oleh brand Honda jika ingin customer nya loyal terhadap brand.
Honda is quite accommodating to receive calls from customers. The only thing that bothers me a little is, if a customer has trouble with his car at night, Honda and the third party towing company only deliver it to the nearest Honda repair shop and the car can be done the next day.
I mean, it would be great if Honda could also provide a 24-hour repair shop, so that customers whose cars have problems at night can fix their cars on the spot.
What if the customer is on a trip outside the area and he doesn't have a place to stay or a place to wait until tomorrow?
For a brand whose market share is quite large in Indonesia, I think this is something that the Honda brand must seriously discuss if it wants its customers to be loyal to the brand.
