Gw beli pulsa disini, karena pulsanya lama msk, gw balik lagi untuk nge cek ulang. Ternyata si mba nya salah input nomor.
Bukannya minta maaf atau apalah itu. Dia malah nyolot. "Kan masnya yang salah nyebut nomor!" sekali lgi dengan nada NYOLOT.
Padahal gw kesana cmn untuk nge cek. Dan. Kalaupun salah. Ya tinggal transaksi ulang (dan emng itu yang gw lakukan, gw langsung beli ulang pulsanya).
Kalau bisa tolong diperbaiki sifat staffnya, kurang ramah, tidak ada sapaan selamat datang, dll.
