★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI selama pandemi cukup parah ya. Tlp cust service gk nyambung. Dari kantor cabang nya dikit bgt yg buka (dari 3 cuma nemu 1 yg buka). Bukanya cuma pas weekdays. Plus lagi cuma 2 cs padahal antriannya banyak. Per cs 10 menit, jadi gk gerak2. Hari ni mau coba tutup akun biar lain kali gk perlu ke BNI lagi
BNI during the pandemic was quite severe. The customer service phone is not connecting. From the branch offices, very few are open (out of 3 only 1 is open). Not just on weekdays. Plus it's only 2 cs even though the queue is a lot. Per cs 10 minutes, so it doesn't move. Today I want to try closing the account so that next time I don't need to go to BNI again
