★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 17 April 2019 jam kurang lebih 23.00 WIB...saya membeli pulsa telepon...tanpa bertanya kepada saya karwayan Alfamidi sompok pulsa utk reguler/data...hanya menanyakan mw diisi berapa Bu, saya jawab 10 rb... padahal saya beli itu utk yg reguler...harusnya karwayan itu menanyakan terlebih dahulu reguler/data, jgn asal aja...
Harusnya karwayan Alfamidi sompok itu berpikir pulsa 10 rb itu dpt berapa MB kalau utk data...
Baru kali ini nemuin karwayan yg gk kreatif sama sekali....
Saya minta di batalkan katanya gk bisa...padahal itu jelas2 kesalahan dari pihak Karwayan Alfamidi sompok.
Lain kali kalau kerja itu fokus...pelayanan itu harus diberikan semaksimal mungkin.
Saya sangat kecewa...saya tdk masalahkan uangnya...tp yg saya masalahkan kenapa asal pencet aja itu layar kasir tanpa menanyakan terlebih dahulu....
Sangat....sangat....sangat....kecewa...
Semoga Karwayan yg lain lebih fokus lagi dlm bekerja...

Today is April 17, 2019 hours approximately 23.00 WIB ... I bought telephone credit ... without asking me for Alfamidi, a group of pulses for regular / data ... just asking how many times do you fill, Mom, I answer 10 rb ... even though I bought it for the regular one ... the employee should ask in advance the regular / data, as long as possible ...
It should be explained by Alfamidi that the group thinks that the 10 rb pulse can be how many MB for data ...
This is the first time I found a carway that wasn't creative at all ...
I asked that I cancel it, I can't, even though it was clearly a mistake by the Karwayan Alfamidi group.
Next time if the work is focused ... the service must be given as much as possible.
I am very disappointed ... I have no problem with the money ... but the problem is why I just pressed the cashier's screen without asking first ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis, parkir cukup luas, tp banyak barang yg tdk tercantum tag harga di etalasenya. Kurang meja dan kursi. Kalau siang banyak pedagang makanan di sekitar tempat ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfamidinya strategis dekat dengan pemukiman, sekolah dan juga kantor pemerintahan. Barang-barangnya lengkap, buah dan sayur juga tersedia. Produk frozen juga tersedia disini. Area parkir luas, pada halaman depan terdapat penjual makanan, sayangnya belum tersedia ATM.
Alfamidi is strategically close to residential areas, schools and government offices. The goods are complete, fruit and vegetables are also available. Frozen products are also available here. Large parking area, on the front page there is a food seller, unfortunately there is no ATM yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kalinya kesini, padahal lumayan sering lewat. Alfamidi yang berlokasi di perempatan jalan daerah sompok. Sangat strategis dilewati kendaraan lalu lalang. Barang yang dijual juga lengkap kebutuhan sehari-hari, buah dan sayur. Di dalam ada ATM BCA tetapi waktu kesini sedang rusak ATM tersebut. Parkir luas, bisa buat motor dan mobil. Dihalaman parkir ada counter fried chicken. Sayangnya di terasnya tidak disediakan meja dan kursi untuk pengunjung yang ingin makan atau minum setelah berbelanja.
For the first time here, even though quite often passed. Alfamidi which is located at a crossroads in a group area. Very strategically passed by vehicles passing by. Items sold are also complete daily necessities, fruits and vegetables. Inside there is a BCA ATM but the ATM is damaged. Parking is spacious, can be used for motorbikes and cars. In the parking lot there is a counter fried chicken. Unfortunately on the terrace there are no tables and chairs for visitors who want to eat or drink after shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Januari 2022, sy belanja di t4 ini sekitar jam 18:30 menggunakan pembayaran QRIS GPN krn ga bawa uang cash. Setelah sy berhasil melakukan pembayaran, saldo sdh terdebet, ternyata tidak bisa masuk ke sistem kasir. Sampe ganti 3 org kasir ttp ga bisa jg. Krn menunggu sangat lama sekitar 15menit dan antrian udh panjang akhirnya sy memutuskan bayar pake debit. Pake debit kartu bank bumn ga bisa jg, edc nya yg bermasalah. Akhirnya sy bayar pake edc debit bank swasta dan baru bisa. Bukan masalah nominal uangnya. Tp tolonglah perusahaan sebesar alfamidi hal sepenting perihal pelayanan kasir diperhatikan. Apalagi di jam2 rush hours, antrian kasir sering panjang. Klo edc bermasalah ato jaringan di kartu edc ga konek cpt2 lah hub vendor teknisi. Klo jaringan internet yg terkoneksi ke kasir sering error cari wifi yg proper. Krn daerah sompok ga cocok pake jaringan telkom telkomsel
January 3, 2022, I shopped at T4 around 18:30 using QRIS GPN payment because I didn't bring cash. After I managed to make a payment, the balance was debited, apparently I couldn't enter the cashier system. Until I changed 3 cashiers, but I couldn't. Because the wait was very long for about 15 minutes and the queue was already long, I finally decided to pay using debit. Using a bank card debit, it doesn't work either, the EDC is the problem. In the end, I paid using a private bank debit edc and was able to do it. It's not a matter of nominal money. But please pay attention to a company as big as Alfamidi, as important as cashier service. Especially at rush hours, the cashier queue is often long. If there is a problem with the EDC or the network on the EDC card doesn't connect quickly, then the technician vendor hub. If the internet network that is connected to the cashier is often an error, look for the right wifi. Because the sompok area is not suitable for using the telkomsel network
