Harga 1.3 untuk non heater, belum termasuk listrik, kisaran untuk penggunaan ac yang sering sekitar 200 ribu rupiah, kosnya campur. Tiap lantai ada kulkas dan dapur, bisa dipesan melalui aplikasi mami kos ataupun di instagram ikos jogja.id.
Hati2 dalam menggunakan barang disini, bisa kena charge tambahan kalau rusak, in case sprei kena alteco kena potong 100 ribu dari deposit
A boarding house that is quite good and instagramable, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Price 1.3 for non heater, not including electricity, the range for ac use which is often around 200 thousand rupiah, the cost is mixed. Each floor has a refrigerator and a kitchen, you can order it through the mami kos application or on instagram ikos jogja.id.
Be careful when using items here, you can get an additional charge if they are damaged, in case the sheets get Alteco cut 100 thousand from the deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngekos di sini sebulan aja karena jauh dr kampus. Tapi tempatnya super enak dan nyaman. Seger banget karena deket sawah. Dapet kamar yg dapet jendela langsung ke luar jd bener-bener seger. Penjaganya juga selalu bersihin koridornya. Full furnished, free aqua, gass, kulkas. Listrik token sendiri. Cuma sayang jauh dari peradaban. Cocok buat mahasiswa UII atau petapa??
Stay here for a month because it's far from campus. But the place is super nice and comfortable. Very fresh because it is near the rice fields. Got a room that has a window directly outside so it's really fresh. The guards also always clean the corridors. Fully furnished, free aqua, gas, refrigerator. Electricity token itself. It's just a shame away from civilization. Suitable for UII students or recluses??
