Murah, Nyaman, Tempat parkir cukup memadai.
Tersedia kamar mandi dalam dan kamar mandi luar.
Kamar di lantai 2 sangat luas dan tersedia wifi (khusus lantai 2).
Putri Annisa's boarding house.
Kost Putri Monthly, providing contents: mattresses, cabinets, curtains.
Cheap, comfortable, adequate parking.
There is an indoor bathroom and an outdoor bathroom.
Rooms on the 2nd floor are very spacious and there is wifi (specifically the 2nd floor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area Kosanya Luas,ada parkiran untuk motor dan mobil(paling 2-3 mobil kecil).
Ada dapurnya dilantai 1. Kamarnya ada yang KM luar dan KM dalam. Ukurannya juga cukup luas.
Ada penjaga kosannya juga, karena owner tidak diJogja.
Tamu cowok hanya sampai teras depan tidak boleh masuk kamar.
Hanya saja bagian halaman depan,parkiran dan taman kurang dirawat. Jadi terkesan agak kotor pun dengan kamar mandi luarnya. Hanya butuh sedikit sentuhan dan peremajaan cat jadi aka memberikan kesan segar dan bersih.

There is a kitchen on the 1st floor. The rooms are outside and KM inside. The size is also quite wide.
There's a boarding house guard too, because the owner isn't in Jogja.
Boy guests only up to the front porch may not enter the room.
It's just that the front yard, parking lot and park are poorly maintained. So it seems rather dirty with the bathroom outside. It only needs a little touch and paint rejuvenation so it will give a fresh and clean impression.
