★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada hari yg dijanjikan, jumlah undangan yg dicetak kurang hampir 50%. Selain itu, ada beberapa kesalahan cetak meskipun saya sudah mengkomunikasikan ke Idola Card. Pemilik berjanji memperbaiki cetakan berikutnya. Tetapi pada hari yg dijanjikan berikutnya, hasil cetak undangan jauh lebih mengecewakan. Yg lebih parah, jumlah undangan pun masih kurang. Tidak ada usaha sama sekali untuk berkomunikasi dengan klien selama proses produksi.
On the promised day, the number of invitations printed was less than 50%. In addition, there are some printing errors even though I have communicated to the Idol Card. The owner promised to repair the next mold. But on the next promised day, the printout of the invitation was far more disappointing. What's worse, the number of invitations is still lacking. There is no effort at all to communicate with clients during the production process.
