★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk , undngan sesuai yg d harapkan bagus .. tp udngan kurang 50 pcs dan kartu untuk suvenir 185 pcs sya d umpan2 kemana” apalagi marketing yg namanya sella kebanyakan janji manis tp hasil pait undngan H- sminggu blm kecetak dn dia sanggup ngrim ke luar kota ternyata dia dikeluarin entah kena masalah apa tp sya gmau tau ya ,, akhirnya sya k lokasi langsung ketemu bosnya pas langsung sih yaa nice orngnya krna ada klien lain kali ya. tp pas d wa buset dahh gak nerima komplain dn kritik sm sekali bls lamaaaa bgt ... undngan dikirim tdk sesuai yg d janjikan bru dikirim jm tgh 12 mlm via ojek online k kantor sya dan cm undngan doang tp krtu suvenir gk d cetak tp sya males tlfn pihak sana krna emg mereka gk welcome ,,hrusnya tnggung jwb kirim ke lokasi mskipun d luar kota (malang) tp gmau rugi bgt mereka hrusny itu sbagian buat nunjukin tanggung jwb dong pelayanannya gak ramah , tlfn k marketing nya cwok yg ngangkat tp gk ada ramahny sm sekali gilakk dn gamau tauuu ... gak recomended bgt saya kecewaaa ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerak undangan di pekalongan printing tebet sangat amat mengecewakan.!!!
Saya dilayanin oleh Marketing bernama Mas Irwan dan Design Mas Kiki, dari awal pemesanan sudah diingatkan jangan miskom dan tolong sesuai dengan note design pesanan saya.
Untuk Design over all OK tanggung jawab Mas Kiki akan tetapi untuk Finishing Cetak sangat amat mengecewakan dikarenan hasil Undangan tidak sesuai dengan contoh yang diberikan.
Hasil Kertas yang sudah jadi beda dengan hasil kertas yang saya minta yaitu Ketas Jasmine Putih untuk cetak dalam Cover dan untuk Cover Amplop luar menggunakan Kertas Akasia putih.
Ternyata kesalahan terjadi pada pemilik toko dan marketing, masalah internal mereka yang kurang komunikasi. Pelayanan tidak baik karna tanggung jawab kesalahan hanya lepas tangan..!!!
Padahal pembayaran sudah Lunas dan sudah hampir 1 bulan, saya hubungi pihak marketing tidak ada respon, telpon tidak diangkat dan tidak ada konfirmasi kepada customer.

I was served by Marketing named Mas Irwan and Mas Design Mas Kiki, from the beginning of the order I was reminded not to miscom and please match my order design notes.
For Design over all OK, Mas Kiki's responsibility, but for Print Finishing it is very, very disappointing because the results of the invitation do not match the examples given.
The finished paper results are different from the paper I asked for, namely Ketas Jasmine Putih to print in the cover and for the outer envelope cover using white acacia paper.
It turned out that the fault happened to the shopkeeper and the marketing, their internal lack of communication. Service is not good because the responsibility for mistakes is just hands off .. !!!
Even though the payment has been paid off and it's been almost 1 month, I contacted the marketing party with no response, the phone was not picked up and there was no confirmation to the customer.
