Tpi malah dianter lagi ke TH Godean, Trus Prambanan ?
Pola pengirimannya gimana sbnernya ?

But how come the delivery was reversed? Previously, it was already in TH Sleman (the closest maguwo)
But instead it was delivered to TH Godean, Then Prambanan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf sy ga kasih 1 bintang, klo bisa sih kaga kasih bintang tp ternyata gabisa ? krna kecewanya kebangetan, diputer2 kyk bola paket sy mana nilai belinya lumayan ? gara2 ga liat pas checkout pengirimannya, soalnya repeat order pake j&t terus kok tiba2 berubah jd pake ini ?
I'm sorry I didn't give 1 star, if I could I wouldn't give a star but it doesn't work ? because I'm so disappointed, it plays like my package ball where the purchase value is pretty good I didn't see the delivery at checkout, the problem is that I repeat order using J&T and how come it suddenly changes to using this ️

Barang pesanan saya tidak bergerak setelah dikirimkan dari ID Express Prambanan ke Gudang Depok,Sleman... dan saya ke ID Express Prambanan tapi tidak ada staff yg bisa membantu karena staff di Prambanan tdk tahu lokasi Gudang ID Express yg kecamatan Depok, Sleman. Sy meninggalkan no.HP untuk dihubungi pun hingga lebih dari 3 hari tidak ada yg mengabari. Selamat utk ID express yg mendapatkan tambahan bintang 1 lagi
It's just a 1 star fit for this kind of expedition. My ordered goods didn't move after being sent from ID Express Prambanan to Warehouse Depok, Sleman... and I went to ID Express Prambanan but no staff could help because the staff at Prambanan didn't know the location of the ID Express Warehouse in Depok, Sleman. I left my cellphone number to be contacted for more than 3 days no one replied. Congratulations to ID Express who got another 1 star extra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya dijadwalkan sampek tgl 15 oktober, ini udh tgl 21 oktober dan paket masih dlm status sedang dikirim dr dc prambanan, paket saya lost contact 6 hari tanpa kejelasan. Beruntung paket saya bukan sayuran dan sejenisnya, kalo barang jadi rusak krn terlalu lama dikirimkan, apa kalian bersedia ganti rugi?? Mohon utk berikutnya lebih ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya krn digantung itu tidak enak!
My package is scheduled to arrive on October 15, it's already October 21 and the package is still in the status of being sent from DC Prambanan, my package lost contact for 6 days without clarity. Luckily my package is not vegetables and the like, if the goods are damaged because it took too long to be delivered, are you willing to compensate? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolong diperbaiki sytem nya.. kamis paket dah dibawa kurir, ternyta pas di tracking malah balik lagi ke id express dc prambanan dan 5hari ga jalan itu paket.
please fix the system.. on Thursday the package was brought by the courier, it turned out that when it was tracked it returned to the id express dc prambanan and the package didn't work for 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini saya harus komplain ke mana? Paket dari tanggal 6 Feb - 9 Feb statusnya masih "Dikirim dari DC Prambanan ke TH Depok" ga berubah2... Terus saya harus nunggu berapa lama lagi? Belum nanti kalo sudah sampai di TH Depok harus nunggu beberapa hari lagi? Harus komplain ke mana ini? Tlg pihak management dan jajaran atas nya diperhatikan hal2 spt ini.. Saya gapernah minta paket dr pembelian di marketplace dikirim melalui expedisi ini, beruhubung tdk ada pilihan lain yasudah tapi malah lama sekali sampai nya

Haven't you arrived at TH Depok, will you have to wait a few more days? Where should I complain about this? Please pay attention to the management and upper ranks for things like this.. I have never asked for a package from a purchase in the marketplace to be sent via this expedition, because there is no other choice, that's it, but it took a long time to arrive
