★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket dari tanggal 28 Stuck di TH Tanjung Priok. Padahal ini kirim sesama Jakarta loh ya. Saya di Sunter Agung, paket di Tanjung Priok yang ga lebih dari 4KM. Tanggal 28, 29, 30 dan 31 ga ada proses pengantaran sama sekali. Di chat ke IG dan Twitter ga ada respon, di email, ga ada balasan, di telepon tulalit. Apakah semua karyawannya tidak ada yang kompetan atau memang perusahaan saja yang buruk? Logistik semacam ini saya yakin ga akan bertahan lama di duniyah logistik. Sesama Jakarta aja 4 hari ga sampai. Lucu. Beli barang di Jepang aja 4 hari dah sampai itu juga uda proses beacukai ?. Kalau belum kompetan, jgn lah berbisnis logistik.
 Packages from the 28th Stuck at TH Tanjung Priok. Even though this is sent from Jakarta, you know. I am in Sunter Agung, the package is in Tanjung Priok which is no more than 4KM. On the 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st there is no delivery process at all. In the chat to IG and Twitter there is no response, in email, no reply, on the telephone. Are all the employees not competent or is it just a bad company? I believe this kind of logistics will not last long in the logistics world. As for Jakarta, it didn't arrive in 4 days. Funny. Just buy goods in Japan for 4 days and it's already been through the customs process . If you are not competent, don't do logistics business.
