★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah 4x potong disini, hasil dari sebelum sebelumnya selalu memuaskan namun yang ke 4 hasilnya mengecewakan, rambut terkesan pendek tidak berpola, jauh dari contoh yg diberikan. ketika ditanya capster baru bekerja 2 bulan. alangkah lebih baik capster baru dipantau jangan dilepas begitu saja. semoga ada evaluasi !
It's been cut here 4 times, the results from the previous one are always satisfying, but the 4th one is disappointing, the hair looks short and doesn't have a pattern, far from the example given. when asked the new capster worked 2 months. it would be better if the new capster was monitored not just released. I hope there is an evaluation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat yang nyaman jadi walaupun sambil nunggu gak bakal terlalu bete, untuk petugas cukur rambut nya lumayan cekatan dan bisa sesuai keinginan apa yang kita mau dan untuk mba kasir yang inisial K cukup ramah menyambut customer. Kemungkinan bakal sering cukur disini nih ?
A comfortable place so even though while waiting it won't be too frustrated, the haircut clerk is quite nimble and can match what we want and for the cashier, the initials K, is friendly enough to welcome customers. Probably will often shave here ?

A VERY BAD PLACE, THE WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, JUST CUT UNTIL 1 HOUR MORE, I THINK THERE IS A NEW JOB WITH NO CERTIFICATE, THE SOAP IS VERY LOW PLUS JUST CUT UP TO 95 THOUSAND, THE HAIR IS NOT WASHED, THE HAIR IS NOT WASHED YOU KNOW IN THE BEGINNING, WHEN FINISHED IT WAS BILLED, UNTIL THE TIME I WASTED 1 HOUR WAS WASTING FOR A HAIR CUT. AND THE CASHIER BY THE NAME OF KINAN IN MY VERY NO ETHICS WAITED FOR A RESPONSE UNTIL 2 WEEKS NO RESPONSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan di captain barbershop ini Bagus dan sopan tapi tidak dengan hasil akhir potong rambut nya.
Menurutku hasil akhir potong disini masih kurang bagus.
Dan menurutku sendiri Kenyamanan customer itu dilihat dari hasil akhir potongannya bukan cuma pelayanannya doang, kalau suka dengan hasil akhir potong rambutnya baru nyaman .
Maaf bisa ngasih bintang 1 semoga untuk kedepannya bisa lebih profesional lagi.
For the service at the captain barbershop, it's nice and polite but not with the end result of the haircut.
I think the final cut here is still not good.
And in my own opinion, customer comfort is seen from the end result of the cut, not just the service, if you like the final result of the haircut, then it's comfortable.
Sorry, I can give 1 star, hopefully in the future I can be more professional.

Begitu tanya satpam, katanya bebas bayar atau engga, yg begini ini bikin gantung dan customer bingung.
Karena ga ada receh saya kasih 10rb dan minta kembalian. Dikasih kembalian 5rb soalnya ga ada kembalian, saya bilang mahal banget parkir motor 5rb akhirnya dikasih lg 1rb jadi total 6rb. Fix lah gabakal balik lg kesini kalo parkir aja masih ribet.
Maksud saya kalo emg gratis yaudah gratis gitu loh jangan malah bilang bebas bayar/engga. Pun kalo customer mau bayar yaudah sesuai sama tarif rata2 aja bukan malah dimahalin -_-
