★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minta maaf nggih ini BURUK banget, kalau gak bisa kriim barang cepat jangan lah dioper² pengiriman asal jogja tujuan jogja juga, sudah smpai tujuam masih dilempar kekota lain lagi, pling tidak klo sblmnya sdh sampai klaten jangan malah dikirim ke solo aduh mak paketqu makin jauh kemana.... tidak baca itu makanan kok sengaja tidak langsung dikirim, bisa kan hub nmr penerima biar datang ambil ke id express setempat(buat agen Jogja) tidak ada konfirmasi malah paket saya di kirim semena²,. pernah juga paket yg sebelumnya posisi brg terima sudah disobek gak lihat juga bagian yg tersobek saat kuriri kasih, aduh klo rugiin penjual dan penerima kasihan loh, tolong yang AMANAH... mau laporan ke nmr hot line tidak bisa dhubungi semua, saya tlp² knmr agen² yg sempet disinggahi(termasuk klaten) tidak ada yg angkat, ini memang tidak baik jasa pengirimannya.... etikat baiknya tak ada...
I'm sorry, this is really BAD, if you can't send goods quickly, don't pass them on to delivery from Jogja to Jogja, too, when you arrive at your destination, you're still being thrown to another city, at least if you've arrived in Klaten before, don't send it to Solo, ouch, my package is getting further and further away .... didn't read that the food was intentionally not sent directly, can you contact the recipient's number so that it comes to the local express id (for Jogja agents) there is no confirmation, even my package was sent arbitrarily,. Have you ever received a package that was previously received in a torn position, don't see the part that was torn when it was delivered, thank you, sorry if you lost the seller and the recipient, I'm sorry, please those who are MANAGED... want to report to the hot line number, can't be contacted at all, I'll call the agents those who were visited (including Klaten) no one picked up, this is really not a good delivery service....there is no good etiquette...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini yaa paketan dikirim dari klaten utara ke klaten selatan,padahal sama* klaten ...tp kok paketan muter* ke surakarta dulu..habis tu ke klaten..trus keprambanan..kan anehh....gak beres banget sih!! Padahal alamat rumah jg jelas di pinggir jalan jogja solo..otomatis kan deket,,eh malah bablas ke prambanan ..haduhhhh ,gak lagi deh milih ekpedisi via id di shopee? bener* gak bisa memanfaatin waktu, harusnya 1-2hari dah sampai kok (cuma sama* klaten padahal) ini malah dilebihkan?
