★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget,ID gak ada niatan evaluasi gitu, Kurir pake jaket grab TIDAK SOPAN , Kurir apa robot , nyelonong gk permisi pdahal tau ada orng , paket main lempar aja depan orngnya , parah baget begini terus auti gk ada yg mau pake ID?
It's really bad, ID has no intention of evaluating it, Courier wearing a grab jacket is NOT polite, Courier or robot, walking away, don't excuse me even though you know someone is there, just throw the package in front of the person, it's so bad it keeps going off, no one wants to use ID ?

Paket mengedap diTH imogiri berhari2 smpe hampir 1 minggu ini pun gak 1-2x tpi hampir setiap menggunAkan jasa id express selalu lama dikirim ke rumah. Pdhal smpe TH imogiri udah bbrpa hari tp blm dikirim2 juga. Gak ada pemberitahuan kendalanya apa telp juga gak pernah diangkat untung telp ke pusat langsung direspon. Semoga kedepan lebih baik lagi jangn sperti ini terus ? banyak pelanggan yang kabur klo sprti ini
