β β β β β To be honest, I don't know how they handled the problem for Macbook. They just like, every single problem are caused by an error / malfunction from the logic board. So, instead of fixing the logic board, they forced you to buy a new one which cost equally as a brand new medium level of ASUS laptop. If you found a problem on the logic board, then fix it. Fix the problem. Not forcing everyone to buy a new one instead. That's basically like: when you have an issue with your Mac, then buy a new one.
The conclusions are simple. If you don't have a lot of budget to fix your Mac, definitely don't go here. It will cost you almost 50 to 60% of your Mac price. But, if the budget isn't a problem for you, then definitely go here. As you'd expect, they will fix it and get your Mac 100% back to as it is.
The diagnose fee cost you IDR 225K and took 3-5 of working days. The place is quite small but not too crowded. I like it tho.

β β β β β Long queue due to social distancing policy. I can understand this but lack of information how to register through barcode scan, also people cut out the line, just get people more upset. I expect sales care like Apple could even better than this

β β β β β You have to come earlier since they limit 60 customers perday. Registration opens at 10AM to 11AM using QR code scan. Spare your time for 1 to 2 hours when you plan to visit for services.

β β β β β If you are looking for a service out of warranty, it's better to do it at other place not here. One of the only place where you can service your Apple products officially, but queue is a lot and not much staff to help out. Expect a long waiting time and service time as well, their way of working is not efficient at all! Friendly staff but i hope they can improve in efficiency. 5 counters but only 2 counters, 1 for service and 1 for pick-up and another counter is for sales. Word of advise you have to be here at 10am for queuing, if it's full then try again the next day, you can only queue for the same particular day. Please use this critique as a way to improve the service.

β β β β β I visited this ibox because this is one of the authorized apple service in Jakarta. It is required to scan the barcode for getting your queue number. I suggest you to come at 9 am max so you could get your queue before it reach the maximum quota. They only serve 40 people max. They start opening at 9:45 and calling the queue at 10:00. My macbookβs keyboard is kinda troubled. The spacebar is sticky so they suggest me to leave my macbook for the repair. Fyi, due to Apple terms i donβt need to pay even a penny. So if your macbook 2019 version keyboard is sticky feel free to come here. They will help you to service it and claim the Apple Keyboard Replacement. Yet, I donβt have any info regarding iPhone service or other products. So different terms and condition may applied. However, for macbook keyboard it is free especially if you are still have active warranty.

Apple Indonesia with its ditributors gave Apple after service worst ever... its far compared with Samsung.
Its 10 AM but store still close.
We bought premium items but got worst service...
