★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya parah banget! Saya antri untuk pre-order iphone 13 selama 2 jam dan katanya ada promo cashback l, setelah mau payment, ternyata tidak ada. Dan ketika saya akhirnya pick up, pelayanannya jutek banget! Semuanya! Litterally complain saya tidak digubris bahkan map voucher point yg dijanjikan ga masuk2! Untuk service point selevel mall grand indonesia dan pembeli iphone, disini service nya terparah yg pernah saya alami.. menyesal nyoba2 beli disini,
 The service is terrible! I queued for an iPhone 13 pre-order for 2 hours and they said there was a cashback promo l, after I wanted to pay, it didn't exist. And when I finally picked up, the service was really bad! Everything! Literally my complaint was ignored, even the promised voucher point map didn't appear! For service points at the level of the Grand Indonesia mall and iPhone buyers, here the service is the worst I've ever experienced... sorry for trying to buy here,

He's also very lazy in terms of providing the demo and he has no intent in doing after sales service, we ask for his whatsapp contact n it's not detectable on whatsapp, he also didnt apologize about the price error n continue to defend his bad attitude, honestly don't ever buy from digimap or deal with andi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Digimap was very nice and had the best staff I have seen, they helped me purchase a MacBook Air 2020 m1 and they gave me very good specifications, the purchasing was fast and efficient and I was able to check the MacBook and try it before hand. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because they had a very limited amount of cases for the Mac and my phone.
