But most of the waitress are newbies, don't expect professional answer or information from them. They'll just spit out answer randomly rather than ask the seniors. Thumbs down for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to say this. But I'm very disappointed because this restaurant gave me stale rice. I could tell by the smell nd it texture. I wanted to tell directly but my sister ask me not to. I know this is a hard time, I mean this pandemic, but please do not do it. That's embarrassing. I hope this only happen the day I go there, because I've been read the reviews of this restaurant before I went there. And all good. Next time can better. Ciayo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iftar with family in Itasuki kota kasablanka, because we did not book a place beforehand so when we arrived around 4 pm the order at breaking the fasting time was full so we booked for the second session around 7 pm.
The condition of the Kota Kasablanka mall itself is very crowded, maybe because it is approaching Eid, so most probably want to buy necessities for Eid.
As usual for the dishes in Itasuki, this is very delicious and has a variety of variations on the Suki menu the taste is same standard between another itasuki restaurant.

Located inside Kota Casablanca shopping mall, south Jakarta. Price is averagely mall pricing??
