★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unsympathetic and unprofessional bank ever. We just had a family member pass away unexpectedly and the manager--I believe Kevin was his name--had the audacity to tell our grieving family that he had written a will for his own family and our late family member should have done that too. I call that BEYOND RUDE and unbelievably condescending. I could not believe what he dared to say in front of our faces. I was at a total loss for words. So unbelievably unprofessional. This Kevin guy had a very arrogant body language and was obviously had no willingness to help us at all. All he could do was lecturing us telling us what our disabled late family member should have done. Talk about an ableist crazy arrogant man! After being a loyal customer for decades, our family was finally able to close our account for good. It took many weeks to do that, but we were relieved to eventually say goodbye to HSBC. Good riddance!
