Thank God my documents have been returned.. thank you pa rino ? for having good intentions to replace my lost documents. β β β β β Bingung saya sama BRI. Mau tanya terkait kejelasan kartu kredit yang terdebet padahal transaksi gagal tidak bisa lewat CS. Disarankan untuk telepon call center. Apagunanya ada CS di Bank ya.
Mohon BRI lebih ditingkatkan pelayanannya
I'm confused with BRI. I want to ask about the clarity of a debited credit card even though a failed transaction cannot go through CS. It is recommended to call the call center. What's the use of having CS at the bank, right?
Please improve BRI's services

β β β β β Saya supir blue bird... saya isi buat top up kartu brizi yg diarahkan langsung sama security di atm setor tunai... tapi utk top up saya gagal.dan uangnya pun ga bisa balik lagi ...sdh 1 minggu ini blum ada konfirmasi dari pihak bank dan sdh saya cek saldo tetap uang belum kembali.
I'm a blue bird driver... I filled it up to top up the brizi card which was directed directly by security at the cash deposit atm... but for top up I failed. from the bank and I have checked the balance, the money has not been returned.

β β β β β Dear BRI bank, I live in the UK I have emailed you regarding to know about my BRI bank account but nobody has responded to my emailed, watsup, telegram and I also messaged you using Facebook and messenger still I didnβt get any reply from you I am not happy with your service at all, you are a big famous bank and you donβt respond to customers enquires very disappointing.
