★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular branch has an unusual service. First time, I came here to get a token. They ask me to wait for one hour before they tell me that I need to apply via internet. I respect the procedure, but why wait one hour only to tell me your standard procedure?
The next time I need to withdraw mutual fund and it has to be manual. So, I come here to find the Officer playing with her phone. Ask me to go to other branch because they only deal with cash here.
I don’t buy her reasoning, contact my relationship manager and… suddenly the officer presented the withdrawal form. I filled it in and sign. And it took 40 minutes ? for a simple form.
