Rating doesn't lie, gaess, 2 days back and forth, 2 hours waiting to make a response, there's a problem, in the end it doesn't work, I hope the other branches won't be like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS dah cuma 1, jam operasional juga padahal sampe jam 3, tapi sblum jam 3,msih jam 2.30-2.40, dh pake alasan cs blum istrahat atau cs msih ad org buka rekening lama, disuru lain hari saja
CS is only 1, operating hours are also up to 3 o'clock, but before 3 o'clock, it's still at 2.30-2.40, already using the excuse that cs hasn't rested or cs still has an old account open, just ordered another day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya mau ganti dg kartu baru , sdh menunggu 1.5 Jam tiba giliran saya lsg di potong sama nasabah preferred yg lasung ditemui oleh kacab. sepertinya. Baiklah saya pulang kalo begitu, kasih 2 rating krn security yg bantu kasih form di awal, nasabah ga seberapa tp waktu kita bisa habis disini. Sebenarnya sy juga ga perlu amat kartu bank ini tapi krn account sy di persh lama gajian via bank ini maka masih ada dana di dalamnya,.anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst.. Their service is damn slow. Only one CS and no drinks or whatsoever.. I waited for one half just to reset my atm pin. A couple before me was opening multiple accounts. They should have someone handling just new accounts so it won't held up others. Three customers before me left. SUPER BAD!!!
