★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real deal. Very nice hotel, good ambiance, clean, nice room and amenities. Located close to shopping centers and eating places; all within walking distance and green surroundings. Very good resto and food. Highly recommended.

Visited again in 2022. The breakfast buffet was great, the room, lunch and dinner were meh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic hotel location, close to the transmart bintaro mall so you can take your kids shopping, eating or just taking a walk. The swimming pool is cozy with outdoor located. You can see the scenery of other places around the hotel. Breakfast food at the hotel tastes quite delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally have chance to review this hotel. I went there in two separate weekend occasion, yes, staycation during pandemic. It is clean (follow health protocol) and the staff is very friendly. The last time, I also celebrate my weekend to celebrate my wife birthday in hotel room. It was a great experience. Waiting for the next staycation. The food is good, for the baby they also provide high chair during breakfast. But please, for non smoking room, we need to mentioned it when we booked the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, strategic place and easy access. There's mall nearby on walking distance, with plenty of restaurant. There also hospital nearby to do covid antigen.
The room were clean and with good scenery. I got room on 11th floor. The staff are helpful and patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a double room with king bed but instead got a room with two bed put together.. asked the staff and they said their double room king bed indeed consist of two types, one with a real king bed and one with two single bed put together to make a king bed.. Extremely dissapointed with this since I brought a toddler which usually sleeps in the middle.. In the end we just sleep horizontally..
Lack of parking space, some of the guests had to park along the streets (outside of the hotel)..
No complaints on other aspects though.. the staff are helpful & very kind..
