★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Hotel, Friendly staff, small parking space, clean room, good food, had bad experience once while breakfast but overall is good. Room amenities are very nice. air conditioning is average. hot water are available 24 hrs. recommended for business stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, services is excellent. Breakfast menu is vary and tasty. Pool is adequate, although the size is not too big but the atmosphere and situation is quite quiet since there are not too many other guess swim there. However, one thing i feel not to satisfied about is regarding the Air Conditioner in the room which is not that cold and feels a little bit warm. Overall i'm satisfied spending weekend there.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus : It was just standard, but still nice, clean, and comfort. Glad they provide kids pool, it's rare to see business hotel in the middle of industrial area provides family facility such as kids pool. Breakfast was standard, the serve it in a bento box, not buffet. I ordered dory sambal matah for dinner, it was ultra delicious!
Minus : there is no water dispenser in the hallway. It would be great if the hotel provide water dispenser, since they only give us 2 bottles of mineral water, even at breakfast, they don't serve mineral water.
The hotel needs more color in their interior design, maybe colorful wallpaper on one side of the room, or LED light behind the mirror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Santika Cikarang is perfect for those of you who need a comfortable resting place after completing a business affair in the Cikarang industrial area which is very busy and seems to never sleep.
Very strategic location, near with Cikarang Barat toll gate road. Clean and big room. Excellent service when check in and check out, no need more time. Very nice swimming pool, and the food was also excellent.
And it turns out that the price of staying at this hotel is also quite friendly for the size of a quite luxurious hotel in the middle of the city.
From inside the hotel room, you will easily see the sparkling industrial city of Cikarang at night, with all the hustle and bustle. But don't worry, you will still feel the right silence and silence, when you are in this hotel room. Good luck!
