★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is not recommended hotel, think twice to spend your night here. the front office staff was not nice, no greetings and smile from her when i checked in at 10 pm on 25 November . air conditioner didn't work well although housekeeping man has fixed it. i tried to call receptionist from my room and nobody picked up the phone. you can hear any voice from your room clearly. so don't expect a quite room here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 4 nights with our 18 month old daughter at this resort. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. The breakfast is good plenty to choose from. The staff made me polite smiles. Can't say enough good things about our experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms definitely need some improvement. I stayed for 4 days, and got a ripped towel once. And the bathroom is a bit smelly. But they have a good choice of breakfast and do offer laundry service, two qualities you didn't find in this price range quite a lot. Receptionist is friendly enough, and so does the waiter. Overall, it's a good experience, wouldn't oppose long back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By the time we arrived, the room was very dirty (they’re not doing a good job at housekeeping). The bed cover was worn-out, the room was very humid, also the pillow is disgusting. They were not giving us toilet paper as well.
But the thing is, the staff was very polite and glad to help us out. The food was unbelievably good, just like a diamond in the rough.
I think i could spend more night here if the price much cheaper than now.
Overall, ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: very strategic location (if you need a public transportation just take a few walk and you'll find the bus stop, near public spots and some famous universities), the price is inexpensive, the staffs were wonderful, and the lift was smelled good.
Negative: the room was not so clean (many hairs when I first arrived there), the air conditioner was leaked out, the food was not so clean too (there was a single spot on the new plate that I took, when I scrubbed it the spot was gone).
I could say this hotel was worth the price more if they fix all the negatives.
