★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah 3 tahun lebih tinggal di Urbanest, semenjak pertama kali berdiri saya orang pertama yang tinggal disini. Sangat nyaman, dan sangat aman. Kosannya bersih, daily breakfast every week days, jadi ga perlu bingung kalo mau sarapan pagi. Para pegawai kosan mulai dari office, asisten kosan dan security ramah, dan anak kosannya juga asik-asik, serasa tinggal dirumah :). No comment deh buat yang nyari kosan yang nyaman dan pas untuk mahasiswa yang pengen menunjang masa perkuliahannya, pas banget untuk mahasiswa mahasiswi Trisakti dan Untar, karena lokasinya sangat dekat dengan kampus. :D
 I have lived in Urbanest for more than 3 years, since I first stood, I was the first person to live here. Very comfortable, and very safe. Clean kosanya, daily breakfast every week days, so no need to be confused if you want breakfast. The boarding house employees starting from the office, boarding assistant and security friendly, and the boarding house children are also cool, like staying at home :). No comment, for those who are looking for a comfortable and suitable lodging for students who want to support their studies, it is really appropriate for Trisakti and Untar female students, because the location is very close to the campus. : D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lift gabisa dipake di lt.1 setiap diminta akses lift selalu ada aja alesan.. padahal bayar full 3jt lebih. Dan wifi ga ada, cm dikasih LAN kabel, internetan di laptop doank. Suara tembus kemana2, kalo ada yg berisik kedengeran ke seluruh kamar kayanya. Bikin kurang fokus kalo ada tugas :( kelebihannya hanya bersih rapih, ada sarapan (seadanya) dan dkt kampus sih
The elevator can't be used on the 1st floor every time there is always an elevator access request alesan ... even though paying full 3 million more. And there is no wifi, cm given LAN cable, internet on the laptop. Translucent sound everywhere, if there is a noisy sound throughout the rich rooms. Makes it less focus if there is an assignment :( the advantages are only clean, there is breakfast (improvised) and campus dkt
