★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visit hongtang, waited at the table for 15-20 minutes with the staffs repeatedly turn away their faces everytime I tried to call for order (a female staff clearly looked me in the eye and then turn her head away). Luckily a nice lady in the next table told me that the order is taken at cashier desk. I went to cashier desk only to be told that they sold out, and when I asked why they didn't bother to told me that they already sold out, they simply answer that they're too busy (?) Dear hongtang management, you clearly can do better than this, aren't you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bit overprice compared to their competitor, dan portionnya agak pelit juga. Unfortunately, they ran out some toppings like marshmellow / mochi. I ordered their Grass Jelly Signature with Fresh Milk. Rasanya lebih milky, tapi ga bikin eneg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuumy dessert, not too sweet. My favourite is Grass Jelly signature, the jelly so smooth in mouth, matcha ice cream is delicious, i recomended. Now many promo in payment. Accept debit, credit and cash for payment. Good service.
