★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services just ok, they have lounge for waiting with usual, snack, drinks and wifi. The place is not too big, but the ambience is ok. If your service take long time from morning to noon, the give free lunch also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to the Honda Tren Alam Sutra. The waiting lounge on the 2nd floor is very cozy, you can get free drinks, snacks and even lunch. Other facilities in the lounge include prayer rooms, children playground, and even lactation rooms. Moreover this place is also suitable for professionals as coworking space while waiting for their vehicles maintenance to be done. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to this place for my car. The service is excellent. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The waiting lounge are very cozy and there is free wifi. There is a complimentary snack, coffee and lunch too while you are waiting for your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencing one time with the sales force with official whatsapp business number. Very slow in responding, pending appointment for 4 days and no response or even apology. Maybe it is just my personal experience, not applicable for others… Perhaps because the chosen scheme of payment is not via leasing and more to hard cash…not so profitable for the sales force.
