★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. We were ask to make an appointment at 11am. One and a half later no one came.
We were asked to take aticket.
The waiting period would be around 3hrs.
All we wanted was an oil change.
Bad servi e Honda, no one cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service desk melayani dengan senyum dan proper response to customers. Staff mechanics terlihat professional. Antrian general service atau routine check sangat ramai, jadi sebaiknya booking dulu by phone atau whatsup, to avoid a long waiting list.
Waiting room luas dan nyaman, tetapi perlu improvement layout dan housekeeping.
One more thing, Honda has applied online system to all car service outlets, so it is easy to get your car records traceability. By such way, you can go to other service outlet without any worries.

They painted my car not in the same color (3 days for 2 panels.. and get extra scratches on front bumper and right side).
After complaining & re-painted, the surface of outer layer of car paint is uneven (2 days).
I hope my last complaint only take 1 day.
If you love your car: This place is not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low response, phone number is there just for decoration, you can never go through the "sorry, busy" voice message..
Service is terrible.. My car was actually dusty after they washed it..
Whenever I come, they still have to ask each other which of them handles what.. like they don't even understand their own internal systems
Then one time my Car won't start and I am stranded somewhere around Karawaci, they refused to send help and called a technician from another area instead and made me waste 2 hours when they could have reached me in 15 minutes from Gading Serpong...
I swear if this place is not so close to where I live, I would find another...
Having a Honda and the fact that I have to rely on them piss me off..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very helpful. They came to help us as soon as we arrive there.
They even gave us vouchers for drinks or cakes during our waiting time there. The waiting area also quite comfortable. The restroom also clean.
They also offer to clean our car without any charge and taught us what we need to know about our car condition.
