★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite ramen in town! The taste is so delicious, so great! The best is they also serve fried re union and chili slices. I also love to eat their karage and gyoza. So great and big portion. This ramen still be my favorite of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the taste, soup not too rich, more suitable for me. Ramen served with tender meat and half boiled egg. If you're a spicy lover, they served 2 different chillies, but for me, pepper and chilli powder are more than enough ? or you can add raw garlic (if you like).
2 bowls ramen + 2 cold ocha = IDR 178k

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't tasted better ramen than Hakata in Indonesia. I've been to other Hakata Ramen place and the taste is consistent. Lets talk about all the ramen component.
First, the broth, it is flavourful and quite thick. The flavour is very deep stock flavour and satisfying. Second, the noodle is good ramen noodle. You can ask for curly noodle and a more spicy type of noodle. The toppings, the chasu is well seasoned and tasty. Good balance between meat and fat. Overall, it is a very good ramen with very good quality in all its component. For the price, I think it is fair if we compared with similar priced ramen place.
The place is decent at most. Service is also ok. The only sad moment is that they not serving fried shallot anymore. :(

the food was great. the food preparation time was okay.
the surprising thing is that the additional pork is only IDR 8.000 for 3 slices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Ramen in Indonesia. I ordered the normal ramen, meat is so tender and tasty, the broth is not too thick but still tasteful, served with other additional spices like garlic, chili powder, sambel, etc.
The staff is also very welcome and helpul. Placed in Gading Serpong area which is nearby my home, make me absolutely will come back to having lunch here again!
Notes : Hakata needs to improve the level Kepedesan of their Sambal.

Here ramen with pork, or if u don't eat pork, they also have chicken
Must try the creamy soup named ramen silver
But the ramen special is yummy too !
U can get extra garlic and scallions, just ask them.
Ocha is free refill.
Taste is so great, after eat ramen with creamy soup, u need to drink extra water
I feel so thirsty after eating ramen
Maybe because of the spices
Spacious and have outdoor too
