Mekaniknya menjelaskan permasalahan dan mengganti spare part dgn baik, tanpa biaya krn masih dlm masa garansi. Sampai saat ini motor saya sudah tidak bermasalah lagi. Bravo Honda ABC Mangkubumi!
The service is friendly and patient. Responses to questions and complaints are also fast. When I bought a motorbike here, there was a problem with the brakes. The Honda ABC team swiftly handled it. The mechanic explained the problem and replaced the spare part well, free of charge because it was still in the warranty period. So far, my car has no more problems. Bravo Honda ABC Mangkubumi!

The service is unsatisfactory... slow... mechanics are limited... have to wait for hours... even though there aren't many queues...
