The room is clean. I get exactly what I saw in the pics when I booked the room. So happy for this!
The room size is not so big but enough for two people.
Breakfast is okay.
I had a problem with the coffee machine and it made me wait for approx 15mins to get a cappucino.
The reception called me in the room and ask if there is anything they can improve on the foods. I told her about the coffee machine problem.
And they said sorry and send me a free lunch (a glass of juice, 3 chocolate croffles and a pasta). I was like… omg, u guys dont have to this cause i was okay with the problem.
But it is a nice gesture and service.
The staffs are nice.
No complaints.
For a three star hotel, I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great and comfort Hotel to stay. The location is reachable, there's a Transjakarta stop right at the front of the hotel. But i have a little problem with the toilet. It has only one shower glass door, that I need to hold it with my backpack to close the door when i use the toilet. I hope they add at least a latch to hold the door.
Overall, this hotel is perfect. I recommend this to stay. But i'm so sorry for the 4 stars. I would give it 5 if they fix the toilet door :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was arrived, there were 2 receptionists and 3 guys standing in front of receptionist desk. 1 receptionist was still talking with these 3 guys,while the other receptionist was busy with her computer. I just standing there, watching and hoping to be greeted and served by the other receptionist but still she was too busy with her computer. I was pretty sure, she saw me because I stand in front of receptionist desk just 1 meter from her, and I felt ignored by her. I believe, one of receptionist duty is too make sure smooth guest arrival and not to let any guest wait too long although she has other things to do. Another thing, when I already in the room, I want to hang my clothes, turned out most of the hanger were broken. After finish my shower, the electricity (only in my room) suddenly turned off, and I waited around 15 minutes for the technician to come and check. And the bed sheet was a bit smelly (felt like not a fresh sheet).

Room was OK, 4/5.
Cleanliness was 3/5. It should have had a little cleaning up before the guest check in.
Food was 2/5.
Service did not meet my expectation. They need to improve the communication skil, especially to the guest having quarrantine.
Firstly they allowed guests to order food from outside eventhough it was clearly forbidden by the authority. They suddenly changed the policy without notification. They could only say sorry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better hotels from IHG. Simply wonderful. Staff are good and willing to help. Facilities are still maintained very well. Small gym available as well. Overall no fuss free. Hotel is not crowded as well. Bang for bucks. Location is not the most popular location in jakarta but going to sudirman area(central) is only about 20 mins drive
