Complete equipment, coach is also friendly, only old members here like to slam dumbbells in front of new members, so what's the impression, and not friendly with new members

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat ini memiliki alat - alat yang lumayan lengkap, di samping memiliki cukup banyak kelas juga. Yang ok adalah membership feenya yang sangat terjangkau dibanding gym2 modern beserta biaya personal trainernya.
Dan satu lagi, di sini tersedia juga kantin makanan sehat yang bisa kita beli berbagai makanan atau minuman full protein penunjang gym khususnya yg sedang bulking dengan harga yang relatif murah.
The gym which is located in Central Jakarta has quite complete equipment, in addition to having quite a number of classes as well. What is ok is that its membership membership is very affordable compared to modern gyms and their personal trainer fees.
And one more thing, here is also a healthy food canteen that we can buy a variety of foods or drinks that support the gym full protein especially those who are bulking at a relatively cheap price.
