★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hokben is actually one of my favourite fastfood, but I felt dissapointed today in this branch after ordered five menus of favourite set via gofood. The chicken teriyaki were tasted bad (though it was just my opinion but my partners felt the same too), we got bloating stomach and diarrhea after ate that. I hope the branch make sure the quality of the food still good before serving it to the customer. I'll reconsider again to eat in this place next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is recently renovated to include a second floor, and thus the restaurant now has more seating plans available since it has quite a large number of visitors. The food is convenient Japanese bento, so service is always fast. Friendly service team, which is always nice to encounter.
