★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for the Meals and 1 star for the Lady who takes the order. My mom asked the menu and she didnt get a nice service. The waitrees explained the menu to us with high tone when we ask to repeat the menu, seemed she was totally Impatient, and she forgot that to be nice to the customer and explain what you have are her Job. And we pay for that..
Ironicaly there is a written on the wall in this restaurant
“your order is our command ‘
Are the waiter/ waitress understand that word?
Hoka-hoka bento needs to train the Employee more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hokben is getting expensive through time he he. But if you still so eager to try or just merely curious, you can try their economical package, excludes drink by the way. But then again, who can deny Hokben's delicious nuggets and salad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the place still looks the same as it used to be (haven't been here for years). The problem is the QR code doesn't work. You can just enter the place without scanning eventho the system is there.
Second, it doesn't taste as fresh or as good as when i order it from app (the place is different because when i make order, it usually from the closest outlet). Too bad that the quality isn't consistent for every place.
