★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat malam. Saya hanya ingin memberikan saran untuk Amira Factory Outlet Cinere Mall. Jika memilih karyawan harus lebih selektif lagi. Karena tadi Saya mengalami hal yg tidak nyaman sekali. Ada beberapa karyawan yg saat Saya tanya jawabnya ketus dan ogah-ogahan. Berkali2 Saya tanya terkait barang yg ada disana, mereka seperti itu. Saya sangat kesal sekali karena sebagai pelanggan Saya merasa sangat tidak nyaman. Ditambah lagi beberapa karyawan tsb menyindir Saya dengan perkataan "kampungan" dan "ga pernah belanja di mall". Oh my God! Saya sangat tidak terima dengan hal ini. Saya ini pelanggan, Saya belanja disana dan Saya bayar bukan mencuri. Sangat mengecewakan sekali! Semoga saran dari Saya dapat diterima. Terima kasih.

bila ditanya, di jawab KETUS dan selalu di jawab TIDAK ADA. ternyata, saat saya cari model lain, model baju yg di bilang "habis stok" tsb. Masih banyak.
Bagaimana mau laris??
Dan saat itu, ada stok baju baru, barulah masuk, masa iya STAF NYA MALAH SIBUK NYARI2 BAJU UTK MEREKA SENDIRI. Dan dengan santainya mereka ngobrol dengan kencang antara mereka, "gw mau itu baju ya, tolong di keep".
Ini gimana ya saya sampai heran, mau jualan atau ga ini toko.
akhirnya Saat belanja mending nyari sendiri,tp nanti giliran berantakan. Staf akan NGEDUMEL.
Dan rata2 staf cuma ngobrol satu sama lain dan mata mereka akan JUDES bila ada customer yg nyari2 baju Tp diberantakin.
SARAN: Adakan kotak saran, jd kami bisa lgsg berikan nama2 staff yang PELAYANANNYA BURUK.
*FYI, saya bukan cuma komplain tp tidak beli ya saya beli jg sampai 800 td, ada nih struk nya saya simpan, jd saya tidak NGARANG.
Krn memang barang2 anita bagus kok, HANYA PELAYANAN PEGAWAINYA JELEK BANGET!!! PARAH! MENDING KE PASAR KAKI LIMA DEH, Dilayani ramah lagi.
