★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite disappointed with hiddeneyes.
I got married around a year ago and decided I will use hiddeneyes as our photographer as I have used them for my prewedding pics.
I had no issues with the prewedding but on the wedding day up until my photos and video were done I was really disappointed.
The photographer that handled me at the wedding was somewhat not professional, he was unable to give clear directions and took too much time taking pictures. We had our wedding in a chapel and they took so much time taking pictures after the mass, we didn’t have the chance to mingle.
After my wedding, no one contacted me to ask about pictures to choose or anything.
After several months they sent us some usbs but apparently it didn’t cover all the pictures. So they had to send again. And there were not much to choose from as the picture quality were not all great.
After the picture picking was done, they gave me a layout and I was not happy with it so i gave my feedbacks. One of them was having my husband’s and my name wrong (I had them fix this 3 times).
As I was giving them clear instructions, I don’t know but it seems like it didn’t went through and they just edited as what they want and after complaining again they gave me a statement saying “revision is normally only given 3 times”. Well, they got my husband’s name wrong 3 times. I guess that was their limit?
Same happened to the video. I feel like the editor for the photos and video didn’t communicate with each other and they made the same mistake for my husband’s name.
And after more than 4 months all my photos and videos were done. I would expect it to have an amazing output but given the professionalism that I got, I shouldnt be surprised that the result was not as expected.
