Para penghuni kos juga disediakan dapur bersama sehingga akan lebih memudahkan para anak kos untuk memasak sendiri. Area parkir utk penghuni dan pengunjung juga cukup luas. Kos ini terdiri dari 2 lantai.
One of the safe and secure female boarding houses. This boarding house provides quite complete room facilities ranging from mattresses, study tables, cupboards, and bathrooms. The residents of the boarding houses are also provided with a shared kitchen so that it will be easier for the boarding children to cook for themselves. Parking for residents and visitors is also quite spacious.This boarding house consists of 2 floors.

Parkir motor dilakukan di dalam rumah. Kos terdiri dari dua lantai, setiap kamar memiliki kamar mandi. Tiap lantai ada dapur masing-masing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kost yg worth it bgt! Semua kamar kost ada kamar mandi dalam nya. Kamar kost ada yg isian & ada yg kosongan. Tempat parkir khusus penghuni kost bisa masuk ke parkiran dalam sehingga aman. Untuk tamu laki2 dilarang masuk kamar sih (kecuali keluarga), ada dapurnya, ada space tempat menjemur pakaian, ada ruang tamu jika teman laki2 datang berkunjung. Selain itu di area kost juga bnyk orang jualan makanan ??
