★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceritanya dsuruh pagi2 datang ke RS hermina buat cek kesehatan bapak saya sebelum operasi. Pas masuk ruangan ambil sample darah dokter beti & susternya jelas2 bilang( nanti hasil sekitar 5jam an, pasien plng dulu gpp yg ptng ada perwakilan tunggu) akhirnya kami plng pke ambulance. Note : ( org tua saya udh ga bs jln tiduran aja ) pas drmh tiba2 beda suster tlp bilang pasien dmn bu? Sblm jam 5 sore klo ga dtng gagal operasi! Ibu saya bilang dsuruh plng sm "dokter" akhirnya saya balik pke ambulance ngebut karena posisi jam 4an. Dan pas dtng ternyata ga dipanggil2 sampe jam 12 MALEM!!! Inget kondisi org tua saya hanya bisa tiduran ga bs bangun dan ga ada PRIORITAS untuk org sakit apalagi bsk mau operasi dan hanya bisa tiduran!. KECEWA PELAYANAN NYA
The story was that all morning I came to Hermina Hospital to check my father's health before the operation. When I entered the room, took a blood sample from the doctor, the doctor & the nurse clearly said (the results would be around 5 hours, the patient used to have a GP that had no representatives waiting), finally we took the ambulance. Note: (my parents have not been able to lie down) Just when it was different, the nurse called me, where was the patient? Before 5 p.m. if you don't have the surgery! My mother said that when I was "doctor" I finally returned to the speeding ambulance because of the 4 o'clock position. And when it turns out it's not being called up until 12 MALEM !!! Remember the condition of my elderly people can only lie down can not get up and there is no PRIORITY for people sick, especially if you want surgery and can only lie down. DISAPPOINTED HIS SERVICE

Dr nining yg ramah, Perawat yang juga ramah dan baik. tiap saya pencet bel perawat lsg dtg ganti kebutuhan yg diperlukan.Dr yani yg memberikan penjelasan dengan sangat detail begitu juga Dr Eva yang murah senyum. Semoga kita semua selalu sehat yaa,, bu dokter dan perawat juga semua staff hermina
Thank you hermina, Alhamdulillah I got very good service, I happened to be in a class 1 room. Dr. Nining who was friendly, Nurse who was also friendly and kind. Every time I pressed the bell, the nurse immediately came to replace what I needed. Dr. Yani, who gave a very detailed explanation, as well as Dr. Eva, who smiled. Hopefully we are all always healthy, Mrs. doctors and nurses as well as all hermina staff
