Ini RS Swasta kan? Tapi pelayanannya beda jauh sama RS Swasta yang pernah saya kunjungi.
Petugas input lelet, nurse stationnya juga lelet, bahkan buat nensi dan timbang alurnya gmn ngga jelas.
Dokter umumnya juga lama banget, padahal di dalam ngga ada pasien. Dikira kami ngga ada urusan lain apa?
Ini rumah sakit, yang ke sini pasti semuanya urgent! Jangan pernah bedakan pasien umum kek, pasien BPJS kek. Layani secara profesional dong!
Oh iya tambahan lagi, toilet ceweknya, waktu saya ke sana maaf saja nih, kotor dan berantakan banget.
CUKUP SEKALI SAYA KE SINI. THANKS

This is a hospital, everything here must be urgent! Never differentiate between general patients and BPJS patients. Serve it professionally!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi ini saya berobat ke Poli Orthopedi. Dengan membawa surat rujukan dari Puskesmas. Sy adl pasien BPJS. Ini kali pertama sy periksa ke RS Helsa Jatirahayu. Kesan pertama yg sy dapatkan adl RS nya bersih dan rapi. Lalu pelayanannya, mnurut saya, cepat tanggap. Para petugas administrasi, petugas radiologi dan suster yg melayani, semuanya ramah.
Saya puas berobat di sini. Dan saya sangat bersyukur bisa dilayani oleh dokter Michael Horeb. Beliau menyapa dengan ramah dan bersahabat, bertanya dan sabar menunggu jawaban yg saya berikan. Beliau juga informatif mengenai obat yg akan sy konsumsi. Sy berterimakasih atas pelayanan beliau. Tidak ada pembedaan perlakuan, apakah kita pasien BPJS ataukah pribadi. Tuhan berkati ya Dok, smoga pelayanan Dokter senantiasa menjadi berkat dan membawa kesembuhan bagi setiap pasien yg ditangani. Maju terus RS Helsa Jatirahayu. Terima kasih.
This morning I went to the Orthopedic Clinic for treatment. By bringing a referral letter from the Health Center. I'm a BPJS patient. This is my first time checking at Helsa Jatirahayu Hospital. The first impression I got was that the hospital was clean and tidy. Then the service, in my opinion, is responsive. The administrative officers, radiology officers and nurses who serve, are all friendly.
I am satisfied with the treatment here. And I am very grateful to be served by doctor Michael Horeb. He greeted me in a friendly and friendly manner, asked questions and patiently waited for the answer I gave. He is also informative about the drugs that I will take. I thank him for his service. There is no difference in treatment, whether we are BPJS patients or private. God bless you Doc, may the doctor's service always be a blessing and bring healing to every patient he treats. Wasted time to go there just to find the dentist I'm going to was not in, and I should've called beforehand .. The employee just grinned when I told him about the so called "Responsive Call Centre"
The outpatient service was quite ok actually...
