★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big compfortable bed. Daily bottled water.But bathroom is not clean, and falling apart. Its oke for few nights stay. We are not very keen for luxury so the place was perfert for us.

By the time I arrived, I got room number 219. There was no window or balcony. I can smell cigarette from my pillow and bed linen. The floor at the room and bathroom were still dirty and lots of hair. The rooms were quite small, the air conditioner was not cold. For standard type rooms there is no glass of electric water heater. You have to pay more if you want it. The inn does not provide a shower cap and hairdryer. The bathroom is cramped. There is warm water.
Location
Close to Central Park mall, Taman Anggrek Mall, and Neo soho. There are many local food vendors near the area around the hotel. There is a convenience store also near the hotel.
Food
When I lived there was provided breakfast of chicken with coconut milk, stir-fried broccoli, eggs, tofu tempe, white rice, soup, fried banana, sticky rice, bread and jam. Well, for budget friendly place, the food were modest and taste good.
Service
I give a plus for the housekeeper guy who works the shift of the night of October 20, a friendly and swift response to sweep, mop and replace my bed and pillow sheet that smells of cigarettes. Also housekeeper who worked the morning shift on October 21 which made my room neat and did all the request I gave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good city hotel in Jakarta located in the most strategic area, Tomang. Near Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall, two largest malls in West Jakarta. Simple, clean, and full of facilities. The room service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a superior room for a short break. Receptionist is ok. The lift been hidden. Luckily they put on some sign to find it. They made the double bed from 2 single bed lol. Looks like it is the room for twin bed cz the double bed is sold out and they haven't prepare the room we booked. The tissue only toilet tissue huft. They didn't clean the room well cz on the table I found the stain like sweet drinks or whatever cz it was sticky.
The soap is empty and the shampoo is full. I dont even know it can be used both or not idgaf I used it for both haha. The room service respond is good yet almost the food is not available. //Just clear it from the list lah// like sandwich, fish n chips, avocado juice. The room is not so clean. I found some dust on the corner.
And for the breakfast the staff so slow to clean the table. The foods almost empty they're so late to fill it up and it is just on 8AM when the bfast ends on 10AM.
The room is spacious n quiet enough even on the crowd of the city.
Overall Keep the goods up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Named as residence, it's like budget hotel. Depends on the price, size of every room is different. Completed with toilet inside, TV, AC and WiFi, even breakfast... It's quite complicated and worthed if we get the cheap one. Located is strategic. Just walking 10 minutes from Central Park and Taman Anggrek Mall. Also there are many food streets and mini market around. Recommended if you're looking for cheap accommodation in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat small hotel good for short trip to Jakarta and needed only for sleep. The facilities are limited but you still can find the coffee shop and small parking area. There are some options for food around the hotel but you can enjoy the online order also. It's a place that quite easy to be found by bike and motor cycle.

I read lots of bad comments and was little bit worried before coming there.
But it was better than I'd expected.
Although they made us wait for about 10 minutes during check in (I think the room was not ready), the staff were nice.
Room size is average. Not too small as some reviewers said. We stayed in a superior room and there was enough space to move. The TV, internet and air conditioner were OK. The only thing I think they have to add is something like a stool to sit in front of TV (in case the guest wants to work or study on the table).
The room and bathroom were not perfectly cleaned. There was still some dust and even hair on the corners. And I found some spider web inside the wardrobe.
The bathroom was not different as well. Another negative point about the bathroom is the shower cabin. The I think the drain is full with dirt and the water accumulates inside cabin when you shower. This is annoying. Plus, there was no soap on the washbasin. But the room is not smelling bad. Overall: cleanliness should absolutely be improved.
There was always hot water in bathroom.
Again some other reviewers complain about towels but mine were not bad.
The breakfast menu is rich enough. But the food is not really delicious.
No need to talk about location, I think. You can't find this quality with this price in such a location. I think it is the best advantage of this hotel.
As I said above, it is an average hotel, ideal for budget trips no longer than few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, the blanket is thick and big. I like it. The hot water is not really worked. The room is big but the light is not really bright. The AC worked good and the channel TV is not complete for global channel. It only consist of local channel and few of worldwide channel
