★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini menghubungi CS Yamaha Harapan Motor Bojonggede tuk SKY, bilangnya SKY bisa, nanya rumah dimana, saya kasih alamat lengkap, tidak lama kemudian teknisi minta share lokasi, ok saya share lok, kmudian teknisi bilangnya habis istrhat langsung menuju lokasi saya, ditunggu sampai malam tidak kunjung tiba, sudah saya telpon dan Whatsap tak ada balasan dr teknisi hanya ceklist biru, minta tolong apabila memang sibuk atau ada halangan tolong diinfo, karena semua orang punya kesibukan masing2, uda ditungguin malah g kunjung tiba
 Today contacted CS Yamaha Harapan Motor Bojonggede for SKY, they said SKY could, asked where the house was, I gave the full address, not long after the technician asked to share the location, ok I shared the location, then the technician said after resting, went straight to my location, waited until evening it hasn't arrived, I've called and WhatsApp no reply from the technician, just a blue checklist, asking for help if it's really busy or there are obstacles, please let me know, because everyone has their own business, I've been waiting for it, but it doesn't arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mantapp ... servis nya cepet tapi kurang memuaskan hasilnya . mungkin karena terlalu ramai nih tempat dan banyak yg servis disini jadi kualitas servis nya kurang memuaskan
ruangan tunggu nya ber AC tapi kotor didalem nya
khusus motor matic tempat ini akan selalu menawarkan injector atau apalah yang harus diganti berhubungan dengan injector .. padahal sebelumnya pernah ganti ? di bulan sebelumnya di tempat ini juga loh saya jadi merasa heran . karna harganya juga lumayan sih ratusan ribu .entah ada teknisi yg salah cek atau gimana masa harus diganti lagi
padahal di tempat servis yamaha lain dicek aman ( mungkin bisa jadi kelalaian teknisi nya yg cek )
semoga kedepan nya lebih baik . terimakasih
great ... the service is fast but the results are not satisfactory. maybe because this place is too crowded and there are many who serve here so the quality of service is not satisfactory
The waiting room has AC but it's dirty inside
especially for automatic motorbikes, this place will always offer injectors or something that must be replaced related to the injectors.. even though they have changed before ? in the previous month in this place too, I feel surprised. because the price is also quite hundreds of thousands. Either there is a technician who checks wrongly or what time has to be replaced again
even though at another Yamaha service place it was checked for safety (maybe it could be the negligence of the technician who checked)
