★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Waiting for a swab test like... They moved so fast to urge me to pay, but when it's time for test? Never say anything about "open hours in 8:00 AM". Not even the person behind the desk, not the cashier. No one. Not even a sign saying the open hours. And when I asked different person, they say the open hours for swab is 9:00 AM. Like... Which one is true?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital staffs are kinds,,professional and helpful. Parking lots and the registration hall are near.
I was going there with my mother because she needs to be vaccinated. And you know, there is almost no bottleneck of waiting list, we come, get registered, got short interviews, then my mother get her vaccine and we are finished less than one hour include the observation period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’tk ow why this hospital is not popular compared to other, maybe because of the location. The staffs are friendly, helpfull, and professional. Place is comfortable, lots of seating and various services available. Parking is also wide enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classy hospital, very good and satisfying service, especially during the current covid pandemic, its really kept clean, as well as patients who come have their checked temperature, used handsenitazer, doctors and nurses who are very friendly, toilets are clean + smell good and parking area is also spacious, the patient service is number one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy Land. A hospital that seems not that happy, inside and outside.
Now, I know why this hospital is not popular compared to others. It's because of the bad service and standard of hospitality.
My sister gave birth at this hospital and there were some issues we had.
1. VIP room without VIP services. The room had old facilities. The menu didn't suit with the price.
2. The doctor who should take care of my sister was away and my sis was with the nurse, but charged with doctor service.
3. The attitude of the nurse. Many times the nurse showed a pretty disappointing attitude when communicating with us (without smile, talking while looking at other directions, rude intonation)
4. They won't let you borrow cutlery. My brother asked the nurse desk wanting to borrow a bowl and some spoons. But the nurse only said, "We don't have cutlery." Like... how did they gave meals to patients if they didn't have cutlery? Meanwhile, other local hospitals will gave the customer cutlery if they needed it.
5. Low maintenance. The facilities of the hospital needed maintenance. The air con, the waiting room with TVs, the electrical sockets, and the building itself.
The only thing I like about this hospital was the parking man and the man at the hospital canteen. They were polite and humble.
Overall, not recommend.
