★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini buat ambil bpkb pelunasan kredit motor. Saat masuk langsung ditanya sama pihak security keperluannya apa dan setelah itu diambilkan nomor antrian. CS nya yang a/n Novita ramah dan cekatan dalam membantu serta menjelaskan. Untuk ambil bpkb dikenai asuransi sebesar 150rb di bayar ke kasir. Lokasinya di pinggir jalan sebelah indomaret, parkirannya kurang luas hanya bisa untuk motor saja sepertinya. Untuk dalam kantornya lumayan luas, ruang tunggu banyak kursi dan diberi jarak karena covid. Ada juga ruangan untuk rapat atau nego2 customer dengan petugas. Pelayanannya juga termasuk cepat sekitar 45menit-1jam an untuk proses pengambilan bpkb. Sebaiknya apabila ingin ambil bpkb langsung ke kantor yang tercatat di surat perjanjian agar tidak disuruh bolak balik ke kantor lain. Overall bagus untuk segi pelayanan dan segi kebersihan kantor.

It is better if you want to take BPKB directly to the office that is recorded in the agreement letter so that you are not told to go back and forth to another office. Overall good in terms of service and office cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the west side of jalan Timoho, just the south of Kowilhan II traffic light. Should drive slowly to find the building, because there's no clear sign of it. What I remember most is that there's always full of motorcycles parked at it's front yard. Fortunately, their services is super quick, but you have to pay in cash, they don't accept debit cards, duuhhh . . . . .
