Mala based soup extremely spicy but no worries, waiters will provide compliment free milk to heal. Don't hesitate asking waiters for food recommendation because they trained well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family restaurant banget! Highly recommended because of the food and the atmosphere. Hotpotnya mantab, bisa kalap nyobain menunya. Aku bawa anak umur 7 dan 3 tahun, my youngest get a mini hotpot pax for free and they get toys after we finished.
Ohya penyajian mienya entertaining banget. They made from dough to noodle by dancing in front of us, bener-bener bikin anak-anak happy.
Harga terjangkau ya, depending on what dishes you order to go with the hotpot.
I tried beef and tofu, beef was tender and soft, taste really good with the soup.
Sukses selalu ya Haidilao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey but very worth it because of how fresh all the ingredients and also the the staffs. Tried the 4, soup option but we only ordered 3, mala, tomyum and rendang. Personally I will come back again but might probably only choose the 2 soup option which are mala and tomyum. Also happened to see 3 birthday celebration, very recommended if you want to surprise your friend or loved one here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for hot pot,the rendang soup base and mala is must try,very clean and strict covid protocol ,modern with robot delivering ur order,friendly and good people serving u,attraction available for ordering their specialy noodle,overall is worth ur visit for lunch or dinner ,highly recommended for groups and family gathering

The servers really take care of you and ensure the quality of the food meet their standard (i.e. a waitress checked our tomyum soup, realized there was no shrimp, and later gave us fish meatballs because the shrimp is out of stock). The lamian “show” is interesting, and you can get free snacks & ice cream during waiting. In addition, free flow sauce & fruit for 25k is worth it.

And since one of my friends bring her kid, they even gave us free kid meal. There was some fish and veggies inside, which really good. For free thou. And gave some toy to my friend's kid as well. Such a fully service. And the food was good as well. I like the sour and spicy taste kinda soup, Tom yum. Really nice. They gave us such a lot experience while get into their place. Like a lot of their talent to show to their customers. Not just a restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the soup of haidilao, especially the 3 flavor. Actually the service is fast in here, but maybe because full of customers thats why lack of source for always standby. For the compliment of snack they gave us by the time we went out. But they forgot to offer to print the photo. Also the good thing they give some gifts for the birthday person, like snacks also the small teddy bear doll.
The things that quit pricey is the drinks that we have to pay for 25k. Also like chilli or fruits, if we want we have to pay another 25k per pax.
For 2 pax almost 400k. I prefer to choose the set menu on weekdays.
