★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant building is quite spacious and it is located next to another restaurant (Michael's Garden). The food was very good and there's a lot of choices in the buffet. You could even take as many meat as you like from the buffet without ordering since they would always refill them. Overall, it's worth the price and one of the best all you can eat restaurant in the area.

They have so many varieties of food and beverages. You better try their thai tea, it was good.
But they need to refill the skewer meat or any food on the buffet. I was about to get something from the buffet but it wasn't there yet.
So far food is good,
The collagen soup was nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best AYCE resto. They serve cooked dish and the taste is good. Their shabu-shabu even for regular menu is great. The dessert also great. I have been to the other AYCE restos but the taste is just below average. This one is really good.

For the place, good place but the parking area too small, but still okay. The ambience is good, the interior is good too.
For the food, they provided so many various sauces, provided some kind of meats, vegetables, desserts, appetizers.
For the services, they have good and polite staff.
For the price, pricy but worth it to pay for special occasion.
Overall recommended restaurant...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious beef, friendly services, comfy all you can eat restaurant! Lot of choices foods, drinks and desserts! They also serve yoghurt for desserts not only ice cream, waiting area in lobby is comfy with complimentary drinks and snacks. Limited car parking in resto area, parking outside resto area (side road parking) is available and huge.
