Service: Menurut gua salah satu alasan knp bintang 1 itu servicenya, gw pesen daging via apps kenapa yang keluar daging2 yang gk gua pesen? Jadi gw buang aja dagingnya...toh ga pesen kan dan pastinya ada SOP yang kalau sudah ditaro di meja customer ngga bs kembali. Dulu ga gini kok ..very bad experience disini dan saya udah gk mau makan lagi disini makasih
 Food: Not worth the premium price, it's getting more expensive and not worth it in my opinion
Service: In my opinion, one of the reasons why the 1 star is the service, I ordered meat via apps, why did the meat that I didn't order come out? So I just threw away the meat...after all, I didn't order it and of course there is a SOP that once placed on the customer's table can't be returned. It wasn't like this before...very bad experience here and I don't want to eat here anymore, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really bad. Considering that during COVID19 Pandemic the capacity is only allowed 50% (not full), it took 20-30 minutes for adding meats.
Highly unsatisfied! We are 8 people and we took the birthday package. Is there any discrimination for the package? That one is more expensive than the regular package.
No compensation was given for us. Really disappointed and will not come back here. Will not recommend this Lippo Karawaci Gyukaku for my food enthusiasts friends. Good luck with that kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was no question, it was standard Gyukaku, but service was bad; taking so long for 2 cups of fresh salads (finally not delivered!) and addiotional meat was not delivered until dinner was completed. Ice lemon tea was not refilled automatically, the 4 of us had to call waiter to fill empty glasses. The Manager wanted to charge additional 1 person into the bill after our complaints, which was unbelievable! He miscounted the pack! How come! Not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fair experience here. Give 4 star because 1. My 3rd visit, Late serving drink, then late serving the sauce(maybe because its quite a hectic day).
2. My 4h visit, my 3rd order of meat is hard to chew. They offer some exchange tho.
