★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk, di telp tgl 14 nov' minta utk cuci AC 2 unit, saya disuruh lanjut ke WA, setelah di WA dan sdh shareloc pula katanya mau liat jadwal dulu tp sampe besoknya gak ada di kabari apa2, sampe saya FU ke WAnya lg nanya utk memastikan lg tp sampe skrg sdh 5 hari WA nya gak di balas2.. kalau mmg gak bisa ya bilang aja GAK BISA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan tidak professional umbar janji mau datang jam 10 pagi, padahal saya booking dari 2 Hari yg lalu, ditungguin jam 10 ga datang2, di Whatsapp bilang datang sorean, itupun ngebalas WA lama banget. Pas ditungguin sampe sore ternyata ga datang2, ditelepon ga diangkat2, di WA-in ga dibalas2... Sorry bos kalau mau bikin janji yg benar aja ga usah Bohongin pelanggan.. tau gini ga perlu buang2 waktu nungguin dan buat janji. sungguh tidak professional....
