Lain kali jk tidak bisa/ tdk pengalaman utk sistem inverter hrsnya tnyakan ke pelanggan apakah unitnya sistem inverter atau bukan saat pelanggan telepon...
Atau bisa utus teknisi yg handal
Pelanggan telepon ga cuma minta pengecekan tapi juga perbaikan...
For ac service, it may be good but not for refrigerator service, especially those using inverters...
Next time, if you can't / don't have experience with inverter systems, you should ask the customer whether the unit is an inverter system or not when the customer calls...
Or you can send a reliable technician
Telephone customers ask not only for checking but also for repairs...
