★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the women section and it annoyed me when they sprayed too much air freshener into the fitting booth thru below the curtain when I was in there to tried 4 clothes (2 pants and 2 coats). I was in the booth for like 15 minutes because I need to asked my boyfriend for advice for a good fall/winter coats since I don't have much experience about it and he was driving so I need to wait for him to get a chance to replied my text. The smell from the air freshener was so strong as they sprayed it two or three times, I had to cover my nose with my shirt while still need to wait for the text to be replied and still had one pants I haven't tried on. I can't stand the smell and get out of the booth before he replied my text. There was no crowd costumers at all at the fitting rooms.
I end up buying one coat as my boyfriend and I was not really sure if it's the coat that we're looking for but hey I like the coat. H&M is one of my favorite store when I look for clothes and I never had any bad experience with any other H&M stores before. I even shop there 2 days ago and was happy because I got 5 clothes for only Rp. 330.000 ??
I hope they can improve better service as I know they only doing their job and missing some items from the store could risk their job, it's understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✔️Cheap and fashionable clothes. The ladies section have a very wide range of clothes (less so for the kids' and men's sections). There's usually an area for clothes on sale--almost year-long. Nice well-lit changing rooms. Very courteous and helpful English-speaking staff.
❌Can get very busy on the weekends. Not everything on the website is available in store.
