★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgt Kecewa bgt belanja di matahari, tgl 28/08/21 sy beli sendal, awal cb sendalnya msh aman, pas sy cb pakai seminggu jari kaki sy lecet2, gak tau knp gak nyaman bgt, setelah itu sy minta tukar ke tokonya gak dibolehin alasannya bagian bwh sendalnya kotor sudah bekas pakai, kl ditukar mereka gak bs jual lg, bayangkan sendal yg bs bikin kaki org lecet mau dijual lg, saran sy lbh baik jgn pernah belanja di matahari, org2nya gak professional dan tidak bertanggung jawab.
Very disappointed shopping in the sun, on 28/08/21 I bought sandals, at first the sandals were still safe, when I tried to wear them for a week, my toes were blistered, I don't know why they weren't so comfortable, after that I asked to change them to the shop, the reason was not allowed The bottom part of the sandals is dirty and has been used, if they are exchanged they can't be sold anymore, imagine sandals that can make people's feet blister, want to be sold again, my advice is better never shop at Matahari, the people are not professional and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belanja 3 feb 2021 saat masih pandemi, sangat disayangkan bgt hanya untuk ngantri pembayaran 1 boneka aja lamaa bgt antrinya. Karna kasirnya cuman ada 1 orang, dari sekian banyak kasir jg yang on cuman 1 kasaa waktu itu. Sangat ga efisien, para pelanggan jg pada protes sambil antri. Parahnya lagi mentang2 skg ini udah digalakan go green untuk kemasan plastik.. Jadinya mereka bener2 ga nyediakan plastik buat pembelian. Saya setuju, dan saya jg dukung program go green. Tp namanya usaha pasti dong ada biaya packaging atau kemasan, itu harusnya udah jd biaya operasional perusahaan. Pembeli jangan dibebankan lg biaya kemasan. Minimal kalo ga mau dibebani biaya kemasan, jualan packaging kayak tas spanbun dengan harga hpp. Tas spanbun sekecil itu dikasih harga 12rb, helooo saya biasa beli lusinan itu 3000 aja dapet. Harusnya program go green kayak gini ga dibisnisin lagi, ga smua orang belanja inget bawa kantong belanja.
Lagian banyak perusahaan2 lain jualan tetep siapin kemasan buat pelanggannnya, dikasih paperbag. Dan kalo belanja kurang dari minimal pembelanjaan agar dpt free paperbag, biasanya paperbag di charge 3rb kayak di Minniso, H&M. Paperbag ga harus yg mahal harus di branding logo perusahaan. Tp yang penting dikasih tas jd keluar abis bayar itu ga dikira nyolong. Nenteng barang ga dikasih tas, saya tanya gmn nanti kalo ada yg tanya. Katanya tunjukin aja struknya. Trus saya tanya, saya mau beli paperbagnya ada ga mba.. Katanya paperbag gratiss tp untuk pembelian diatas 300rb.
Heloo orang belanja dimana mana jg dikasih kantong diliat dari bawaannya, kalo bawaannya banyak tasnya besar. Kalo bawaan dikit tasnya kecil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena matahari di mall taman palem sudah tutup jd nyari sepatu dan bajunya di Matahari St. moritz / lippo mall puri. Luas bgt tempatnya, banyak yg diskon jg. Cuma untuk pembayaran sih agak lama krn ngantri ya weekend cukup banyak yg dtg ke mall untuk shopping
